Add a photograph and the evidence sheet builds itself. One A4 page per image.
The frame is extracted at the timestamp the decoder lands on, and that exact time is printed on the sheet — so anyone can reproduce it from the original file. A seek lands on a decodable frame, which may differ very slightly from the time you scrub to; the sheet reports where it actually landed.
